Stonework at Corporal Burns Park and other Parks in Cambridge, MA.

William Reimann has done work in permanent emplacements in numerous small parks in Cambridge, MA., where he makes his home. The most recent of these is his work for the Rev. Thomas J. Williams Park on Cedar Street in North Cambridge, where he has enjoyed many relaxing visits in the company of his twin granddaughters, Sovigne and Grace.

Porter Square Bollards
A series of six granite bollards. Each face (two for each stone) is devoted to a separate nation (representative of the ethnicities resident in local Cambridge neighborhoods), including the Penobscot Indians who formerly made their home in this area.

Completed in 1978, Reimann would later further explored this theme of national heritage and cultural identity on a larger scale in the pieces in Holyoke, East Boston, and Radnor.
