Wood
Over the years Will has done many large scale sculptural works and furniture in wood, along with smaller, more playful pieces.
He enjoys working with rare woods, often salvaged. His stockpile of wood contains pieces that have been seasoned for more than fifty years. Recently he has been working on small, highly finished pieces. His hand-carved bowls are a specialty, each constructed from a single narrow board, specially cut and laminated with a contrast layer and trim of rare or precious wood. |
